Based on the purpose of your deck, we figure out what the narrative flow should be. What sections it should include and how extensive it should be.
If you want to do the writing yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll give you a handy guide to help you through the process of writing specifically for pitch decks.

This is where we seek approval (and validation)
We send you an easy-to-navigate file where you can leave specific comments and feedback on every page, picture and element of the deck. We offer a total of 3 rounds of changes/adjustments.



Bark Bark!
If you’re leaving the writing to us, this is where we find the right words and tell your story in a gripping, and heartfelt way that is still short, concise & pitch-friendly.
We send you all the writing for approval before proceeding.

All done! Now we send you your final file in pdf format that can be easily shared via email. We also share open/editable ppt/keynote files if needed.

Yes, that’s all true, and we are bloody good at it,
But really, there’s more that goes into a pitch deck.

You know that happy-nervous-excited feeling you get when you see words you wrote on paper come to life on screen? We believe the pitch deck is the first taste of that magic for you, the creator. And we want to give you that spark of joy that makes you excited about your story all over again. Your pitch deck’s first job is to impress you.

To shut up the inner-critic and make you go “wow, I made that???! That’s my show!”. That’s what we’re here for.

So, our job is to impress producers and get you that $$$, yes. But it’s also to create a perfectly picturized & visually immersive version of the world you’ve painstakingly built with words. To do justice to your vision and elevate it with stunning visuals, and impeccable attention to detail. To treat it with as much love as you do.
Every sentence, word, and image used is thought through, purposeful, and a part of painting the larger picture that exists in your head.

Would you like assistance in creating your own pitch deck? Maybe you need a second-pair of eyes on a deck you’ve already made? Or maybe you just want to hang out and tell us a story about your dog? Either way, we’d love to chat!

FAQs

  • Typically, timelines are around 10-15 days per pitch. But, if you need it sooner we can make that happen for a small additional rush-fee. (Rush fees allow us to buy sugary snacks and energy drinks so we have enough fuel to work on your project and get it to you super fast without any compromises)

  • Payments are divided in 2 stages - a 50% advance and 50% upon completion of the project.

  • We understand that pitch decks need a lot of tweaking since shows may evolve over time. We have a couple of options for this:
    1. We send the open files for you to make changes yourself (the files are easily-editable figma files)

    2. You come back to us for additional changes at a nominal fee.

  • For pitch decks, you will receive pdf documents. These documents are compressed to email-friendly size with all links (team profiles, trailers etc) embedded in.

  • We use Squarespace to create pitch websites since we’ve found that to be the most efficient and user friendly platform. The rate we charge includes the creation and setting up of the website but not the maintenance. You will have to purchase your domain and pay the hosting fees directly to Squarespace on a monthly/yearly basis. (It’s generally around $14 a month if purchased annually)
