Hello there!

Opportunistically, we’ve come up with a bunch of agile ideas for web shows which can be created during our current predicament.

Most of these are set in the present, where social isolation is a part of the narrative.

Primarily, these shows will have to be shot by the actors themselves (directed remotely), and perhaps some stock footage can be used for establishing shots. But we are getting ahead of ourselves.

The challenges of creating visual stories today will not be skirted around in these shows.

Instead, the limitation will be embraced and baked into the narrative.

Finally, the ideas are broadly divided into two categories.

The First Lot is full of simple, conversation-led stories. Easier on the eyes. Easier to execute. Perhaps, more positive. Truth be told, they are also more first-thought-y. But they can be more relatable and youthful and uplifting. (Fewer actors are required.)

The Second Lot is more ambitious and challenging, making the stories more engaging and unique. For obvious reasons, very few are attempting this space (which, for us, is the most exciting part). The genres and types of narrative here are heavier and more nuanced. The set-ups are more elaborate too.
Enough talk, let’s get straight to them?
